Location
Singleton is a beachside location in the southern suburbs, between Secret Harbour and Mandurah, approximately 60km south of the Perth CBD.

A short 10 minute drive to Mandurah Foreshore to do a Dolphin Cruise on the Estuary and 20 minutes to Rockingham Foreshore to visit Penguin Island.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants available between Mandurah and Rockingham, with seven large shopping centre complexes within a 25 minute drive.

Easy access to the freeway to head north or south, via Paganoni Road.

Our House
Centrally located with a short 1 minute walk to a large park and sporting complex, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to public transport (bus with train connections available) to both Mandurah and Rockingham.

Within Singleton, there is a small shopping complex near the beach, with a Bakery, Deli, Fish & Chips shop, Chinese Restaurant and Cafe. A short 1kms away, there is a brand new shopping centre with a Woolworths, BWS and Pharmacy.

CHILDREN MUST ALWAYS BE IN THE CARE OF AN ADULT WHEN USING THE POOL.

Rates and Conditions
A security bond of $250 is charged per stay. This will be refunded within 7 days of vacating should there be no issues with the stay.

Minimum Stays
2 night minimum stay
3 night minimum stay for long weekends and 1st December 2022 to 31st January 2023 and school holidays
4 night minimum stay for Easter

* Noise to be restricted after 10PM out of respect to neighbours
* Strictly no functions or parties
* Strictly no bookings to schoolies – Bookings for over 25’s only
* Strictly no pets
* No bookings will currently be taken for more than 3 months in advance

More than 14 days - 50% Refund
Less than 14 days - No Refund
No refunds for early departure
