Sola Gratia Country Stay - Swan Valley Farm Stay

Sola Gratia Country Stay is a modern rustic home, set in the beautiful countryside of Bullsbrook. The home is nestled on a unique block that is set low in the valley with magnificent views of the surrounding hills. It has its own beautiful waterway that is maintained by several natural runoffs, which ensure there is an abundant supply of water all year round. The dam is a beautiful centerpiece to the tranquillity of the property as well as being an attraction to a variety of birds and natural wildlife. The property is 8 acres which include the home, dam, flat lands and a steep hill to the back of the property.

The farm stay offers a great all-around Australian experience, with kangaroos roaming freely in the open fields, and a small hobby farm with chickens, ducks, sheep, a miniature horse & donkey and two alpaca. All farm animals are people friendly and enjoy a personal hand-feed.

The owners live on the property, some distance from the accomodation, so can be reached if guests need anything during their stay. Owners will greet guests on their 1st evening and confirm any needs and invite them to feed the animals. Additional feed ups can be arranged with the owner during your stay.

Accommodation Options

Sola Gratia Country Stay is a two bedroom modern rustic home.

For bookings of 4 people the Main House will be prepared. For bookings over 4 people, the Entire House will be prepared. Please specify with the owner your requirements prior to arrival.

The Main House is an open living design and includes;
- 1 bedroom with Queen Bed and a futon that can sleep 1 adult or 2 children.
- a loft that has two single beds
- in the lounge rooms the option of one pullout divan that sleeps 1 people each.

The Main home has a large bathroom/toilet, dining, living room and private lounge room with large TV and DVD facilities, also a fully equipped rustic kitchen with scullery.

For bookings over 4, the Entire House will be prepared which will include the Couples Retreat. (Additional cost apply on numbers over 2 people).

The Couple Retreat is a private room with a Kingsize Bed. It has its own entrance, en-suite, robe, kitchenette, and private courtyard.

Minimum 2 Night bookings.
Minimum 3-4 Night booking over School Holidays (preferred)
A Cleaning Fee will be applied for all bookings $75 per stay

Relax and Enjoy a glass of wine and a wood-fired pizza whilst watching the twilight spectacle over the magnificent lake with a background of local kangaroos grazing in the paddock, OR, take the children out on the lake in the dingy and see how many fish and yabbies you can spot.

Each day children can enjoy hand feeding the ducks (grain provided)
