Enjoy walking along the pristine beach of the Sunset Coast, perfect for swimming, surfing, snorkelling and boating. We are 1.5kms from Hillarys Boat Harbour, which offers restaurants, cafes and bars, family entertainment such as The Great Escape, AQWA, the Naturaliste Marine Discovery Centre and Rottnest Fast Ferries. Five star pub "The Breakwater".

Our license does not permit us to host functions (parties/celebrations etc).

• Enjoy a whale watching tour or visit AQWA.
• Karrinyup Golf Club & tennis courts, both open to the public a short drive away.
• Public (bus) transport just 100 metres away. Perth city 20 minutes drive (outside of
commuter traffic).
