Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with bedside table, lamp and spilt air conditioner. The area is very quiet, so you are guarantee to have a peaceful sleep.
The modern bathroom has a toilet, hot and powerful massage shower with vanity and hairdryer. Towels are provided.
The sitting area has a very comfy lounge with a huge 55 inch Samsung Smart UHD TV. A laptop friendly work corner is available. The entire house has split system air conditioning to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.
The chef gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high quality European appliances with a full size fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, flat base microwave and Nespresso coffee machine making facilities. If you wish, you could cook up a storm and be entertained at the cosy and tasteful breakfast nook. We would get you started with a Welcome hamper. Whether you are arriving at the crack of dawn or in the middle of night, this place will make you feel instantly home away from home.

The patio is specially designed to entertain a group while enjoying the best of Perth outdoor living. The North facing courtyard is so spacious, yet it is tranquilly surrounded by olive trees. Whether you want to relax with a book, a bottle of wine or just chill with your group, the options are yours!
There is free high speed NBN Wi-Fi internet access throughout the house. Washing machine and iron are available. All linen and towels are provided.
Baby cot, pram, high chair and bathing tub can be provided upon request.
Two parking spots for our guests are available inside the property compound.
