If you want to base yourself in a very central location this is the place for you. Easy access to Burswood, Crown Casino, Optus stadium and the many cafes and restaurants lining Albany Highway.

This 2-storey townhouse has an excellent location and a spacious layout.

There are a rear courtyard and a front courtyard where you can sit comfortably under the shade of a jacaranda tree. The front door opens into a spacious lounge area which comfortably seats 7 around the large TV. The dining room also seats up to 7 and leads into the fully equipped kitchen area and through to the laundry and downstairs toilet.
Upstairs is the bathroom, a separate toilet and 3 individually air-conditioned bedrooms.1 bedroom has a queen-size bed, the next a double bed and the largest room has a double bed and a single bed and still lots of room for my portable cot.

Supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, bus and train stops are all within walking distance, about 5 minutes away.

Important:- A Security deposit of $300.00 is required one week before your arrival. Security deposits are returned to the guest’s within 7 days of their departure subject to the satisfactory condition of the property.
