The home is an absolute delight to live in and to share with family and friends and is ideally located within walking distance of shops (300 metres) and public transport (600 metres) from your front door.

It boasts a super spacious and comfortable family, living and sitting areas and has sufficient seating and dinning for 16 people. It also comes with a fully renovated kitchen and mandatory items such as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all the required cooking and dinning utensil.

It is as such well suited to families from overseas or interstate who want to use the home as a base for a family reunion - a purpose many guests have already experienced. Like

To ensure that you enjoy an absolute positive experience, the home is energy neutral home as it has been fitted with a Home Solar Powered Battery Storage system that supplies the home with free energy and a zero environmental footprint.

The extensive private outdoor entertaining and pool area provide the final element that gives this home a private retreat feel. The pool has recently been fully renovated (June 2018) and is in pristine condition. Likewise, the filtration system has been upgraded to ensure the highest standards of water quality is maintained.
