Please note: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Secure parking is provided. Parties and events are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate eviction. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. The building amenities, including the pool and gym, are available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Please treat the property with respect and leave it in a similar condition to how you found it. Lost keys or fobs will incur a $500 replacement fee. Smoking is allowed, but please ensure proper ventilation and dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.
