Beautiful parks, and Kings Park beside you, offering bike and walking paths, multiple play areas for the kids, plus bbq areas only a few minutes walk from the property. The area boasts a vibrant shopping street Rokeby Rd with many restaurants, cafes and pubs. Want an amazing view for your memories? When the sun sets over the Swan river head to Kings Park to view the City skyline, it is one of the best stops in Australia.
You will have access to the entire 2 bedroom side of the house (note there is a fully separate 1 bedroom apartment also in this large house, no common access so you have total privacy and sound proofing keeps the property quite for all). A fully equipped kitchen, living area and outdoor space for your stay. The Master bedroom with the king bed. Second bedroom with a queen bed. This is a fabulous house for your stay, suitable for up to 4 guests. This is a lovely heritage family house in a residential area of Perth. Quiet times are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for everyone's enjoyment in the area. This is a non smoking/vaping location and no pets are allowed in the house.
