Accommodation for 12 people it has 2 kitchens fully equipped, 2 bathrooms, 2 laundry's both with washer/dryer, 3 toilets, 2 dining areas to seat 16, 2 living areas, and 1 balcony on the top floor and a courtyard on the bottom floor both with beautiful uninterrupted 180 degree views of the ocean.

This house is perfect for 2 families holidaying together or a big group of friends and or extended families. You can have privacy or come together. The kids could hang out downstairs while the adults can hang out upstairs.

Blue Bay Beach Stay Residence 2 & 3 is two accommodations combined as 1, its comfortable, brand new and has everything you need for a large group of people, families or friends holidaying together.

You enter through the main entrance which has a stairway to access the top floor and the entrance to the bottom floor. It is designed in such a way that you can have separate accommodation or open the doors to combine the accommodations. The upstairs of the house is a replica of the downstairs. There is 2 of everything, kitchen, dining, lounge room, laundry, bathroom, 3 toilets and 4 bedrooms not to mention the balcony upstairs and the courtyard downstairs both with beautiful ocean views.

Upstairs has views from every aspect of the house and downstairs has views from the lounge, dining room, kitchen and courtyard. You can even lie in bed and gaze out to the ocean view from up or down.

Blue Bay Beach Stay Residence 2 & 3 is beach front accommodation perfectly located in between Blue Bay Beach and Doddi's Beach in old Halls Head, situated on the southern peninsula on the ocean side of Mandurah's river entrance.

Walking distance to the Dome Café for your morning coffee, we suggest walking along the beach. With the beach at your doorstep offering fantastic bays for swimming, fishing, snorkeling, boating, surfing, boogie boarding, BBQ's, walking and watching the beautiful sunsets. Doddi's beach also has great children's play equipment and a pontoon to swim and jump from.

Bringing a boat the Mary Street boat ramp less than a minute drive away.

If you fancy a game of golf the Mandurah Golf Course if just a 5 minute drive away.

Cafes, restaurants, parks, playgrounds and the Mandurah foreshore are within walking and cycling distances. If you are looking for something for the kids there is a skate park, water park with a pontoon to swim out to with slides running down into the water a lot of fun for the kids. For the younger kids Doddi's beach is a nice, safe, sheltered beach just a short stroll away with a children's playground.

Mandurah has so much to offer with plenty of activities all throughout the year.

Beautiful absolute beach front views from the downstairs accommodation and upstairs from every aspect of the house. Just a few meters from the beach with 3 easy access points. Watch the sunset and waves from the balcony upstairs or the courtyard downstairs. Great for a relaxing holiday with family, extended family and friends!

Getting around

We have plenty of parking on the property. Blue Bay Beach is across the road with several access points and we have a Dome cafe within walking distance. There is also a fish and chip shop down the road. Mandurah town is about a 15 minute walk away or 5 minute drive, where you will have access to cafe's, restaurants, the foreshore, movie theatre. The train station is a 7 minute drive and you will be in Perth in 45 minutes.

Approximately 55 minutes to Cottesloe/Mosman Park by car and a 45 minute commute by rail to Perth City Station if a visit to the office is necessary.
