This super spacious 3BR apartment can accommodate up to 9 guests (with a maximum of 4 children) making it the perfect home away from home for your next WA getaway.

The large family friendly apartment is located in a secure apartment complex. It is set over two levels (with stair gates provided to ensure safety for the little ones).

The elegant apartment is decked out with new and stylish furnishings and we take pride in maintaining a high standard in order to meet your expectations. For instance, the apartment has recently been painted.

The space is well equipped and functional so you can arrive and settle straight in. The kitchen is fully self contained with everything you could possibly need to self cater including a coffee machine and rice cooker.

There are two bedrooms downstairs; one with a King bed (which can be converted into two singles on request, for an additional fee) and one with a Queen bed. The bathroom downstairs has a shower, toilet and vanity.

The large mezzanine upstairs hosts a King bed and three King Single beds. It has a large walk in robe, en-suite complete with a large corner bath (spa jets not operational) and a separate shower and toilet. There is a Smart TV with Netflix upstairs as well. This area is the ultimate kids retreat! Don't worry adults - there is a second Smart TV downstairs.

All beds are super comfy and we provide quality linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels included.

Free WiFi, Netflix and secure undercover parking are all available for your convenience. You are also welcome to enjoy the communal facilities (gym and pool!).

Please note: This apartment is located on the 3rd level and there is NO lift access/stairs only.

All guests are asked to sign our house rules, show ID, and pay a refundable security deposit of $600. This is done via our secure booking portal. Note, a deposit does not need to be paid if booking through airbnb.

Metro neighbourhood situated close to the river, and an awesome family playground. Just a free quick bus ride to the city centre. Also close to a pretty little cove that is great for walking, running, or cycling.

The neighborhood has a vibrant, relaxed cafe scene, numerous eateries, and excellent pubs. There are also large parks to walk/run/cycle through.

A great location for couples or families. So close to Optus stadium, Burswood Casino, and WACA.
