Our peaceful 5 acre property hidden away behind the Swan Valley situated in surrounding bush land, the house sits on the highest part of the block looking over the pool, pool house, Dams and lots off bush land that runs down to a winter creek. The main part of the property is fenced from the Dams and the bush land at the back where you will find Kangaroos freely hopping around with lots of bird life, a great Place to wind down and enjoy the nature surrounding.
Wineries, Breweries, restaurants, Bells Rapids, Cuddley animal Farm and Trail walks located close by.
The house consists of 5 bedrooms ( 3 queen Beds, 1 double bed and a bunk bed) Main living area with dinning, kitchen and Tv area with a wood Fire place for heating, A separate lounge room with smart TV, Wifi is connected via Satellite and you can connect to your own Netflix. 2 bathrooms with large corner bath, Shampoo conditioner and soap is all supplied in dispenser and Anti bacteria hand wash is located at each wash station, Evaporative air conditioner for the summer months.
Pool house consists of a Kitchen with BBQ Wood fire pizza oven Fridge, Jacuzzi (spa) Toilet, bathroom with shower (only cold water runs in pool house Use Kettle to fill sink) and a Foosball table, For the nice summer months enjoy the large 16 meter
Please keep music at a nice talking level in the Pool house for consideration of the neighbourhood, poll house operation times are between the hours of 7:00am to 10:30pm and 12:30 am on New Year’s Eve, rules instructed by council
This holiday home is perfect for a couple of family trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and catch up on nature or a group of Mums that just need time away to regroup.
The Maximum number of people allowed on the Premises is 10, there has been a security camera installed at the front of the house looking out to the driveway and gate to monitor the amount of guest at the premises, it is not in a place that will be intrusive on your stay. Any extra Guest is breech of the rules

Spa use please make sure that you have showered before hand to removed and body oils or cream and sun cream as this affect the water quality, no Glass in the spa please only use the plastic cups supplied.
