Built in 1883, this wonderful heritage listed house holds all the charm of traditional Fremantle life. Beautifully renovated and lovingly furnished, it is just steps away from all the attractions that Fremantle has to offer - the fishing boat harbour, Cappuccino Strip and the Fremantle markets are all within easy reach.

The front part of the house dates back to the original construction, and has a traditional layout, with a central hallway giving access to the four bedrooms, plus the formal lounge. The Master bedroom has a dressing room and ensuite. Dual airconditioners are there for your comfort. Heading back to the more recent construction, the rear of the house contains a large open plan space, with dining room and family room. This area gives on to the large kitchen and second bathroom. The glass doors of the Family Room slide open completely, giving access to a welcoming and secluded patio area. Warm wood paneling is used throughout the rear area of the house, which compliments the beautiful period-inspired furniture.

The entire house will be at your disposition, including off-street parking and a secluded patio area. There is a private studio above the garage that is not accessible.
