Welcome in our kids friendly house, our space is ideal if you are travelling with young one as you'll find everything for their own comfort and yours! Portacot, Playroom, safe fenced swimming pool (non heated), etc...enjoy the outdoor area while the kids swim in the pool!
Perfect quiet location in a cul de sac, no need to drive around but still plenty of parking!
You will have access to the entire and private house:
- Outdoor area with pool, BBQ, bar, dining table and chairs.
- Master bedroom with queen bedroom, en-suite
- Dressing room
- Entertainment area with smart TV and Netflix App
- Open kitchen (with kettle, toaster, oven, spices, accessories...) with dining area and lounge area
- 2nd room with queen bed and built in robe
- Playroom with toys and books for the kids
- 3rd bedroom with queen bed and built in robe
- 4th bedroom with a double bed and chest of drawers
- 2nd bathroom with bathtub and shower
- Laundry with washing machine and dryer
- 2nd toilets and rear door.

House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Ideal for families, plenty of space to play safely in front of the house with the neighbours' children.

- 30 mins drive from Perth airport by taxi or Uber.
- 25 mins drive to Perth city or Fremantle.
- 15 mins drive to Coogee beach.
Closest train/bus station is Cockburn Central and can be reached by 15 mins walk or 5 mins by bus or car.
- the train is direct to Perth city in 20 mins,
Cockburn Gateway shopping centre is accessible by bus or car in 5 mins or in 20 mins walk. IGA Atwell supermarket is open 7 days/week until 8pm.
