They only monitor for excess levels of noise and do not record any types of sound or conversations and are in place to help ensure you also have a quiet and peaceful stay with us.

Evaporation air con throughout the house. With the evaporation air con to work efficiently, please leave the kitchen window and some of the bedroom windows slightly open so it will not get moisture in the house. Wall unit air con in master bedroom does not work.
There are buses, and literally almost everything is within a short walk. However Perth is a BIG city and we would recommend hiring a car to fully see what the state has to offer.
