The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for 4 guests including, induction cooktop, fridge/ freezer, convection/grill microwave, reverse osmosis filter water system, kettle, toaster, tea and coffee, etc.
The lounge area boasts a large comfy micro suede suite, ultra-high definition Smart internet TV with DVD player and Netflix Included, Jukebox with radio, CD and Bluetooth, board games, DVD and book library.
The main bedroom has a queen ensemble bed with high-quality Egyptian cotton bedding
The second bedroom consists of queen bed, a study table, drawers and a large built-in robe. A portable cot can also be found in the wardrobe for guest use.
The bathroom is recently fully renovated to a high standard with a new gas water system.
The balcony has a table setting for two and bbq with views to Kings Square.
Secure parking is available and wifi in all areas. Baby Cot and highchair available for an additional charge on request.

Important:- A Security deposit of $300.00 is required one week before your arrival. Security deposits are returned to the guest’s within 7 days of their departure subject to the satisfactory condition of the property.
