it is situated at the rear lower level of the our main residence providing security, privacy and parking for one vehicle .
ONE MINUTE STROLL to The Mindarie Marina to take in the relaxing Mediterranean surrounds and alfresco dining in one of the many bars, cafes and restaurants with live music most weekends , take your bathers and relax by the pool with a drink or some lunch at the new cabana beach club venue or hire a cabana for the day (part of marina hotel but open to public)
Walk or cycle along the beach paths to the pristine beaches, for a picnic or to just lie on the soft sand and watch the waves and surfers
for the more adventurous whale watching and fishing boat tours, snorkeling and scuba diving tours, kayak and sup board hire
