The Industrial Art Precinct of Fremantle is located just behind Monument Hill. Tucked away close to Fremantle but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet.
Monument Hill would have to be the best place to watch the sunset with magnificent 360 degree views of Fremantle Harbour and surrounds.
Once you enter the apartment space there is a magnificent chefs kitchen with large island bench and all the modern conveniences. Fully equipped kitchen for those in house cookups!
The Living space is light, bright and airy. Climate controlled air conditioning keeps the apartment at a very comfortable temperature all year round.
Large sliding doors open out to your own private balcony.
There is a european laundry tucked away in a cupboard near the kitchen area. Has a front loading washing machine and dryer with ironing facilities.
The Bathroom has a walk in shower and toilet.
The large main bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed with plenty of built in cupboard and wardrobe space. There is a ceiling fan to keep you cool on those hot summer nights.
PLEASE NOTE: WE ASSUME THE KING BED IS USED FOR TWO. SOFA BED IS EXTRA if required.
A secure garage for 1 car is available for guests. Please note garage is NOT suitable for 4WD
Casual Walking distance to central Fremantle is about 20 minutes.
There is a bus stop on Amherst Street that can take you into Fremantle.
