PARKING POLICY AT THE COMPLEX
WE WILL REFUND $10 PER DAY TOWARDS THE COST OF PARKING.
There is lots of PUBLIC PARKING available in the surrounding carparks 31. The cost is $1.80per hour with no time limit in force. Parking is free between 01:00 and 08:00 each day. The machine accepts coins or credit cards or you may find it more convenient to access the app payStay.

The Reception is also a great place if you want to make bookings for any tourist attractions.

.Being on the waters edge is magical! Enjoying the sunsets and cool sea breezes each evening is refreshing.Harbours Edge is also only minutes walk into the heart of Fremantle's vibrant cafe and nightlife making it an ideal Fremantle location to spend your time.
You will have access to the entire apartment located in the Harbourside village Apartments. Has some shared communal areas such as the BBQ area and patio/garden areas.
Harbour View Apartment is located in a secure complex with reception for easy check in at the Harbourside Village apartments. It is an open plan two story apartment with living and kitchen areas located downstairs and the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
****There is plenty of PAID PARKING out the front of the complex. We will reimburse you $10 per day for parking.****

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to cook your own meals if wanted. It has a full sized fridge/freezer,dishwasher,microwave,electric stovetop, electric oven and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen area has an adjoining European laundry with a top loading washing machine and dryer.Ironing facilities also provided with iron and ironing board and Clothes Horse for drying clothes.


LIVING AREA
The living area has a large sofa and 2 occasional day chairs. There is a dining table seating 4 people. A large slider door opens out to a grassed area shaded by large Norfolk Pine trees with views of the harbour and Fremantle.The flat screen TV has Netflix .Complimentary and free wifi access. Climate controlled air conditioning both heats and cools downstairs area.Rarely needed however as there is a afternoon sea breeze called the 'Freo Doctor' which cools everything down . You just need to open the doors and windows to benefit from the sea breeze.

BEDROOM 1
The main bedroom has a queen bed with its own balcony overlooking the harbour and Fremantle City. There is a large work desk with comfortable study chair and desk lamp for business travellers.Built in wardrobe with Full length mirror. There is a Bluetooth Alarm clock/radio. The bedroom has climate controlled air conditioning.

BEDROOM 2
Located at the other end of the apartment are two single beds. These can be made into a KING BED if required. PLEASE ASK AT TIME OF BOOKING. There is a built in wardrobe with full length mirror and a comfortable Chair. The bedroom has climate controlled air conditioning and a window for fresh air.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is located upstairs. It has a bath tub and Shower combined.Large vanity with large mirror. Quality toiletries are supplied.
There is a separate toilet with handbasin located next to the bathroom.

Harbour Village apartments also has a communal BBQ area with two large gas BBQ's provided free of charge.

Reception area has a concierge service as well as items for purchase.
Fremantle is easy to get around. Harbours Edge is located within walking distance to most of what Fremantle has to offer, however if you don't feel like walking there is a free CAT bus that can drive you around Fremantle. Details in the welcome guidebook in the property.There are also taxi's and UBER to taker further a field or the train, leaving from the Fremantle train station.
