Your private upstairs apartment is designed for easy, relaxed living. A spacious, light-filled lounge welcomes you into the home, offering plenty of room to unwind or gather together. This is a self-catering property; however, we do provide starter supplies, including toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwashing liquid, a tea towel, cleaning cloth, and bin liners.
This is a fully private upstairs apartment with its own exclusive entrance and living areas. There are other tenants in a separate part of the house, but the spaces are completely independent, and guests have full, private use of the entire upstairs unit throughout their stay. There is no laundry available for guests.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm

- The perimeter security cameras must not be removed, covered, or adjusted at any time.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
