Our home is suitable for 1 family only, it is not a share house.

This is our family home and ONLY guests that have booked to stay in our home are welcome at all times.

We understand that this requirement does not meet the needs of a lot of guests, understanding that guests will have friends and potentially family in Perth.

We will consider making exceptions relating to visitors and will need to be advised of this prior to booking please.

It is a great neighbourhood, and we don’t wish to upset our neighbours and have different people arriving and leaving - nor do we want "strangers" and additional people in our home - thank you for your understanding on this.

Please book alternative accommodation if you are needing to have friends and/or family visit.

Our home is NOT a "party home" it is our family home. We live in a family orientated area and wish for our guests to enjoy the pool, closeness to the beach and respect our home and neighbourhood .

The garage will not be accessible, and we allow for a maximum of 2 cars at all times.
