The whole townhouse and gated space is for the exclusive use of the guests. The secure parking area is shared by other townhouses.

Getting around:
A short walk to Fremantle train and bus station.
Bike hire and car-rental close by.

The space:
From the street enter through the gate, then front garden, enter into the sitting room and past the bathroom/laundry long bath, toilet, washing machine and dryer into the kitchen.
The kitchen is clean and presentable with fridge and dishwasher as well as 4 ring gas burner and electric oven. Continue through sliding doors to the outdoor courtyard with BBQ and outdoor setting (some stairs). The back gate accesses the secure carpark and general utility area. Two carparks are available for the sole use by the guests.
The stairs and upper level are carpeted. Two queen bedrooms on each side of the house with a bathroom (shower, toilet and hand basin) in between. The front bedroom has a balcony overlooking the front courtyard with seating and view towards the markets and South Terrace.
A loft area is accessible by a ladder but is of reasonable size and with one standard single bed. The rear bedroom has an extra single bed as well as a queen bed.
Both bedrooms have reverse-cycle (hot and cold) air-con and the loft has a fan. The lounge area also has reverse-cycle aircon.
