Access to the apartment is through a secure key locked gate, where keys for the complex and apartment are easily accessed from a lock box. Secure underground parking for one car is also available.
Other things to note
From street level there is a small flight of approx 18 stairs to climb. Once inside the apartment one bedroom, bathroom and balcony is also upstairs.
