Sit back and relax in this waterfront home, situated right on the canals. You have your own private jetty, to moor your boat ( up to 7.5 metre), jet ski or canoes.

The big outdoor deck faces directly north on to the canals, so you do not get any prevailing or southerly winds, which means you can sit out on the deck from morning to night.
When the sun is shining, you will get the sun all day on the deck, with the shade sail providing shade for entertaining.
Winter is beautiful as well, as the house gets all the winter sun due to its northerly aspect and location. The canal wildlife is abundant in winter months too. The house is cosy and well heated with gas heater. Snuggle up on the couch with complimentary netflix on a large smart TV in main living and main bedroom.

The canal is one of the main canals in Mandurah/Halls Head so the view from your deck is amazing and there is always something to see on the water, and more than often you will see the dolphins playing in the water in front of you, or swimming in the wake of the passing boats.

The home is 3 bedroom and consists of:-

1 master with queen bed and ensuite
2nd bedroom with queen bed
3rd bedroom with 2 sets of bunks
2nd bathroom has shower and bath.

Bathrooms are modern and fully renovated.
Fully enclosed garage with remote control door for your cars security, and street parking.

2 porta cots, high chair and baby's bath are available on request, at no extra charge.

Home is fully air-conditioned, and also ceiling fans in all rooms.
It has a double lock up garage and is alarmed for your holiday peace of mind.
Instant gas heater for winter provides beautiful heat to the whole house.

All linen and towels included, even beach towels.

Free unlimited nbn WI-FI.

Fully equipped to keep your children entertained at the end of the day with a blow up wading pool for the deck, plenty of toys, DVDs, books and board games. Wii with heaps of games and fit board supplied.
Being a mother myself, keeping the kids amused makes for a much more relaxing holiday.
There are 2 adults canoes and 1 child's canoe with life jackets included, plenty of crab nets and scoop nets (you can catch crabs and fish from your own private jetty!!)

The home is situated in a quiet, no thoroughfare, cul de sac street and there are 5 bikes, 3 scooters and skateboards and a ripstick for added children's entertainment.
There is an amazing new skate park 5 minutes walk from the house.

Also included are beach lounges, beach umbrella and plenty of beach toys, The beaches are stunning and 5 minutes drive from the house.
Kings Carnival is 5-10 minutes walk from house and has amusement rides, sideshow alley and trampolines. Open at certain times of year, on their website.

The deck outside to the canal is huge, and has a built in BBQ. Outdoor Gas Pizza oven. It is fully fenced off from the water, with a gate preventing access down the stairs to Jetty.

The foreshore of Mandurah is a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute drive and there is an abundance of wonderful restaurants, shopping, pubs and a major supermarket.
Coffee shops galore where you can see the pelicans wandering around at their own leisure. Something not to be missed !!
It is a 5 minute walk to the local IGA supermarket.
Otherwise just relax on your own deck with a nespresso, as coffee machine and pods included.

You will not be disappointed. This will be a holiday you will never forget.
A nice chilled sparkling is in the fridge for your arrival !
