Please note that stairs are required to access parts of the property, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
The property is equipped with external security cameras (front door and backyard) and a noise monitor inside and outside to help ensure house rules are respected.
Parking
Parking available for up to 6 cars (4 on the driveway and 2 on the verge). Additional parking is available at Dawesville Foreshore Reserve.
Check-in
After booking you will be required to complete the following at least 24 hours before arrival to receive your check-in instructions:
1️⃣ ID Verification – Upload a valid physical photo ID (passport or driver’s licence) via Safeguest (no digital IDs accepted!).
2️⃣ Refundable Damage Deposit – This will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
Bookings must be made under the traveller’s name — companies are welcome but must book under the guest staying.
