Second bathroom has a bath tub and separate toilet. Spacious Living and dining room. Separate Theatre room to watch TV. Also an outdoor area with BBQ.

Formerly part of the suburb of Henley Brook, it was gazetted in May 2011. So Its a very new suburb. It is very close to the Swan Valley.
