M on the Point

M on the Point with its restaurant and bars is located on the estuary of Mandurah and is the hottest table in town. It follows the same philosophy of its sister business, the award-winning Subiaco Hotel based in Perth, focusing on quality produce and strikes a balance between urban sophistication and a casual, laid-back lifestyle, much loved by Western Australians. Executive chef, Ivan Mather, returned from London to set up the restaurant with an emphasis on contemporary Australian cuisine. Cocktail fans will love to kick back in the marble slickness of the Pelican Bar, or for something more traditional drop in for a drink at the Long Bar which features bar fronts made from the French oak of huge old wine casks. However, the pick of locations is right on the water on the large terrace.
