About This Attraction

Mount Brown Lookout which is 342 metres above sea level is within five minutes of the York town site and is reached via Pioneer Drive. The lookout is accessible by foot or vehicle, and provides a beautiful 360 degree panoramic view of York and its surrounds. The annual ANZAC Day Dawn Ceremony is also conducted from the Mount Brown lookout. Mount Brown is a wonderful setting for a picnic and barbecue.
