Rivermist Alpacas

Rivermist Alpacas is only a one hour drive from Perth in the magnificent Avon Valley. The farm is halfway along the Northam-Toodyay Road, on the banks of the Avon River. Rivermist Alpacas is primarily an alpaca stud, but other animals to see and learn about include donkeys and goats. You can choose to have a guided tour by the owners at 11am or 3pm, or you can stroll around and admire the alpaca, angora goats, donkeys and the aviaries of Australian birds within the native gardens. You can also have a Devonshire tea at weekends at the shop, which stocks affordable alpaca garments and locally made crafts.
