1.8km, 15-20min walk to the beach or short 4 min drive. Close to the General Store & bottle shop for your basic provisions, take-away food, fuel, bait, fishing tackle, newspaper, ice and postal agency. Licensed cafe dining nearby. Preston is renowned for fishing, beach access for 4WD, swimming beach, 9-hole golf course which runs through the town and lots of nature & wild life abound. Our beach is dog friendly.

Relaxing by the beach couldn't be easier in Preston Beach. This property is surrounded by other Aldemor managed holiday houses so you can have your friends and extended family stay close by or in the same street.

Airconditioned open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Two bedrooms located just off the living area. Master bedroom with Queen Bed and 2nd bedroom with Bunk Bed (double underneath and single on top). In the living area there is a pull out sofa bed suitable for small children only. One bathroom with shower, basin and separate toilet.

Ceiling fans throughout. Master Bedroom with funky ceiling fan/light and retractable fan blades that fold away when not in use. Mobile standing fan in Bunk Bedroom. Chest of drawers and bedside tables for storage in both bedrooms.

Outdoor undercover alfresco area with patio furniture and gas BBQ. Well maintained backyard with reticulated grassed areas for children and pets to play. The rear yard is fully fenced and also has two side gates at the front of the house.

Blue Wren Cottage at 9 Yalgorup Court is a Shire Council registered holiday home, keeping it local and supporting tourism in Western Australia. Preston Beach is a 90 minute drive south of Perth, halfway between Mandurah and Bunbury.
