NB: Please note that due to our quiet neighborhood location, this home is not to be used for parties and that you keep noise to a minimum especially on week nights. Excessive noise will result in the loss of your bond.

Strictly NO smoking allowed in the home, only outside of the home, please dispose cigarette butts in the bins and not in the garden.
Strictly NO pres, parties or events allowed in the house. Only the number of guests booked are allowed in this house at all times. The neighbours are very quick to contact us if there is excessive noise and also the police. We will contact you to ask you to leave immediately. We will not be refunding you for the remaining of the stay. Quiet Time is after 9PM every night.

The home will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced unit ALL TO YOURSELF.
