It is located near the vibrant strip of Victoria Park, the magnificent Swan River and the beautiful Jirdarup Bushland, home to protected Red & White Tailed Cockatoos. A walk away there are cafes, bars, river & nature.
Kensington is on the border of Victoria Park and South Perth. It is close to the city (walkers will enjoy the 20 - 30 minute walk) and also close to the Swan River where people love to take their early morning runs, walks and bike rides. Victoria Park is lively and vibrant in the evenings, with an excellent array of restaurants with cuisines ranging from Korean BBQs to 100% Vegan. The George St Cafe is a minute's walk up the road, and the award winning Little Banksia cafe a 10 minute walk. Also very close is an IGA and a Turkish cafe/restaurant.
