The Neighborhood: Bassendean is known for its great neighbourly spirit, public transport, clean and green living. It has a lovely village and small community feel. Within ten minutes to the airport and large Galleria Shopping Centre where you can eat at restaurants and cafes. Visit the DFO near the airport and shop for designer brands at affordable prices. Local convenience and grocery store a few minutes away. The city is less than 10kms, 17 minutes drive in normal traffic times. Close to 6 local primary schools. 3Km to Guildford Grammar School
Getting Around: Perth is best explored by car. However some guests do choose to utilise services like Uber, taxis and/or public transport without any problems. Very easy access to major roads and highways to the city, and country areas. Public transport to the city close by. The train station is 4 minutes drive from the apartment. Bassendean trains take 14 minutes to get to the city!
Other Things to Note: Guests must provide photo ID to host as requirement from Property Management Company for using the apartment for short term rental. This ensures safety and security for all guests and apartment owners. Photo ID's will be deleted on checkout. Guests can send the photo ID by Airbnb message or email. Noise level needs to be extremely quiet after 10 pm especially on balaconies. Guests who have gatherings and parties and are asked to leave will not receive a refund. If a guest cancels their booking a refund will be given based on the refund policy, but we reserve the right to withhold a certain percentage of the payment if a third party processing fee is incurred by us, as a result of cancellation.
