This charming 2BR, 2 bathroom courtyard apartment is located in a gated complex and is tucked away - offering ultimate privacy, security and serenity.

Bedroom one has a King bed which can be converted into 2 single beds (on request for a fee). This is a convenient option if single guests want to sleep separately. Bedroom two has a Double bed. We supply quality linen and bedding to ensure you have a restful sleep. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and floor to ceiling sliding doors that open up an outdoor area.

The living space is super clean and functional with a reverse cycle aircon unit that effectively cools the space in the height of summer. The living space opens up to a private, sheltered courtyard which is one of our favourite aspects of this property.

The modern kitchen is spacious and has a dining table and chairs to seat 4. It is fully kitted out with cookware, bakeware and utensils to self cater during your stay. We also provide an initial supply of basics (ie. tea, coffee, salt, pepper).

All the mod-cons are on offer; WiFi, Smart TV, Washing Machine & Dryer
Secure parking for one car is included. This all makes for a super easy and comfortable stay.

Well behaved, house trained, small - med sized dogs are welcome. You will still need to request approval and a pet fee is payable via our guest portal after the booking is confirmed.

Tucked away but still close to Perth, and very close to the Airport, shops and amenities. Perth Airport is just 10 minutes away.

The Swan Valley wine district is also 10 minutes drive.
Superbly located in a quiet, closed-off street. Walk a little further and you will find an array of amenities including shopping, the train station, and sporting grounds.
