Strictly NO parties, NO events, NO gatherings & NO loud music.
All guests are greeted at the property and checked-in by us. The meet-and-greet also allows us to triple-check all guests identity and ensure there are no parties or large groups in the property. At arrival, guests are required to provide a copy of a government issue ID which is cross-checked against the booking and kept on record should any issues arise.

This old & simple non flashy fully furnished unit with 3 bedroom, 1 toilet & 1 bathroom located in a quiet and peaceful residential area offering comfort & peace. If you dislike old & simple property, or if you prefer modern luxuries, this will not be the place for you.

Fully furnished with well equipped kitchen. Sleeps 4 people comfortably. Short walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, bus stop and leisureplex.

All the home’s facilities are for you to enjoy during your stay with the exception of the garden shed. You have complete privacy and exclusive use of the property during your stay...there are no shared or common areas with other properties and it's very private!

Wireless internet broadband is available and free.

I used to live here with my family. It's an old fashioned private family house, not a hotel. A work in progress with some quirky bits. Please don't expect too much. We are slowly restoring this old house. We want you to be happy with your choice, so please read our listing information carefully - especially if you are new to the website.

House Rules below:
- No smoking inside the house please
- The loss of key shall incur a $20 fee.
- Any illegal or inappropriate behaviour may result in instant eviction without any warning, in this case there is no refund.
- Conserve water and energy! Please kindly switch off electricity(especially air conditioner & heaters) and water when not in use. Our free electricity daily quota is 25kWh, shall you exceed this quota we will charge at AUD$0.50 per kWh exceeded for the total period of your stay, and this will be taken directly from your security deposit. As long as you remember to power off ALL air-conditioning/heater unit when not in use or before leaving the house, daily quota is more than enough for average use. The average is usually 12kWh a day for a big household.
- The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
- The property has an outdoor camera placed in the front carport to monitor the exterior of the property. It's in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the camera is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

Insects/bugs : -
Please note that it is possible you will see some insects outside or inside the unit. This can mean pollen or bugs may enter the unit during your stay. It is up to you to keep them out. Some bugs are attracted to light, If the door/s is/are open for a long period of time, bugs can and will fly in. If finding a bug would bother you, or if you are severely allergic to pollen or bees, we recommend you be prepared. We leave insect spray for your convenience. Although the unit is meticulously cleaned between each guest stay, we cannot promise the space will be entirely free of these things.
