House Rules below: - No smoking inside the house please - The loss of key shall incur a $20 fee. - Any illegal or inappropriate behaviour may result in instant eviction without any warning, in this case there is no refund. - Conserve water and energy! Please kindly switch off electricity(especially air conditioner & heaters) and water when not in use. If the usage of the electricity is more than 10% of the rental rates, I will have to pass down the cost to the guest. - The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. - Please do not touch the two white boxes located on the wall near the front entrance door as these are utility submetering & alarm systems.
Insects/bugs : - Please note that it is possible you will see some insects outside or inside the unit. This can mean pollen or bugs may enter the unit during your stay. It is up to you to keep them out. Some bugs are attracted to light, If the door/s is/are open for a long period of time, bugs can and will fly in. If finding a bug would bother you, or if you are severely allergic to pollen or bees, we recommend you be prepared. We leave insect spray for your convenience. Although the unit is meticulously cleaned between each guest stay, we cannot promise the space will be entirely free of these things.
