Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with Queen beds with a bathroom plus the laundry. Upstairs has the main bedroom with an ensuite and the other two bedrooms have two single beds in each of them. Air conditioned and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Large spacious lounge with a smart TV, dining area and large modern kitchen with all the mod cons including a coffee pod machine.

The large balcony has a outdoor dining setting and then another seating area. Downstairs is another outdoor dining setting and the BBQ. Beautiful wooden floors throughout with beach themed decor throughout. The backyard is large and fully securely fenced with an amazing playground for the kids . You have access to the large secure garage. Plenty of parking so bring the boat.

Madora Bay is a quiet, sleepy beachside suburb just north of Mandurah. It offers a local deli and pub with 2 local shopping centres on the main road - Madora Bay and Lakelands with all the outlets you will need for shopping with Mandurah only a 12 minute drive away with all that offers
