This beautifully decorated Family 'beach house' is a true piece of WA's art history being previously owned by local artist Emma Blythe. Emma's famous artwork and ornaments adorn this home.

Situated in the beachside suburb of old Madora Bay with a family-sized swimming pool, this casual yet chic 'beach house is fully equipped and private with heaps of room to move inside and out.

Boasting 4 bedrooms all with air-conditioning (cooling and heating) and 2 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower, there are 2 x queen beds and two rooms with 2 x single beds each and a comfy sofa double bed in the living room. New memory foam pillow top mattresses and hotel luxury bedding by designer Peter Morrissey with goose down pillows and quilts.

This is the largest undercover shade area you'll ever see with a built-in indoor heater for those chillier nights and 4 burner gas BBQ.

This 1000 sqm property boasts a cubby house with slide, chalkboard and a fireman's pole for the little ones; as well as a large lawn area to play backyard cricket. If relaxing is what you are after then there is a hammock or crank up the outdoor sound system whilst you're shooting hoops, playing darts or just relaxing in the tranquil surrounds.

There is a bookshelf full of the latest board games, books and family and kid-friendly DVDs.

Each room has its own television with guest access to Netflix. With lightning-speed NBN Wi-Fi, the kids will never want to leave.

On one side just a short 700m stroll to the shops, you will find Coles, ALDI, Kmart, McDonalds, KFC, and over 50 specialty shops. On the other side, just a 7-minute walk to Madora Beach, you will find a massive kids' playground and huge outdoor basketball court, and terrific walking trails along the beach.

Just a stone throw's away is the Madora Bay Surf Life Saving Club with a cafe and outdoor beach volleyball.
