A large modern one bed, one bathroom space a stroll from the cafes, bars and restaurants of Mindarie marina. The space has a private entry and courtyard garden with separate entry to a converted artist studio/gallery space. Tea and coffee making, toaster, microwave, fridge & outside BBQ.
Please note; It does not have a full kitchen. Look at the photos. You don't have to cook (apart from the outside BBQ :)

Ideal for short stays, weekends, attending weddings or functions at the Marina or to get away to the coast. Lovely walks close by and Claytons surf beach is a short walk across the hotel s car park. Travel to the city is thirty five minutes by train from Clarkson Station which is a five minute car ride. Driving to Perth via the freeway is thirty-five minute journey outside peak traffic.
