About this property

this home is located within 100m of the mt lawley post office and some 20m from famous Beaufort st strip which has numerous restaurants, cafes and bars ,the Astor cinema is also within 100m the Queens hotel would be 250m and Mary st bakery same ,so we are really in the heart of MOUNT LAWLEY with the perth city being aprox 3.5 klm away easy walk of under 30 mins or catch the frequent transport within metres of our location
the townhouse is on two levels with all the bedrooms being upstairs the master bedroom is quite large and has a en-suite with spa,own air conditioning ,there is a balcony on this room which has interupted city views ,there are even limited views of city when lying in the spa ,the other bedroom has a double bed and third bedroom has a bunk bed sleeping two singles .
the kitchen is new and includes all new appliances including full air conditioner ,dishwasher ,to the side is a very convenient office/study area ,wi-fi is available through nbn so very fast and efficient .(this can provide / fit two single beds on request only )There is a courtyard with outdoor table and chairs ,the home has a double lock up garage and entry is from a rear laneway this is a place where you can park the car and never have to drive again as everything you want within walking distance
